  1. How does Ledabox work?

Ledabox specializes in getting our customers luxury goods from designer brands at competitive local prices. For now, we only offer better pricing for goods from these 9 luxury brands:

First, you make a request for a luxury item on our site, then we tell you how much we can help you save. If you love our price, you place your order on Ledabox, and we send your order to a Ledabox verified shopper who fulfills your order and ships it to a UPS access point closest to your shipping address. Orders placed each week are fulfilled on the Monday of the following week.

  1. What regions does Ledabox have shoppers in?

Ledabox currently has shoppers in parts of Europe. We are working on expanding our network of shoppers so we can bring you more luxury goods that you love, at local competitive prices.

  1. How can I guarantee an item's authenticity? 

Ledabox verified shoppers fulfill orders directly from the brands or authorized sellers, ensuring that items purchased are authentic. Upon request, Ledabox can also provide you with any additional proof of purchase you need to verify authenticity.

  1. Can I return an item I ordered after receiving it?

While we plan to offer more flexible returns in the future. Ledabox currently only accepts returns for incorrect or damaged items. To start a return, log into your Ledabox account and file a help ticket using the form on our Contact page or send an email to help@ledabox.shop and someone from our team will contact you. Once the return is approved, Ledabox will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy and exchanges.  

  1. How long does it take to get the items?

Orders placed each week are fulfilled on the Monday of the following week. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipped orders to arrive. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

  1. How do we ship your items?

At Ledabox, we prioritize the security and integrity of your purchases. To ensure every package reaches you safely and to guard against theft and fraud, we use UPS’s Delivery Defense AI software to assess the safety of delivering to your address. If your address shows a potential risk of package theft, we will either require an adult signature upon delivery or ship your package to the nearest UPS Access Point. This method enhances the security of your high-value luxury goods while providing you with the convenience of picking up your packages at a time that suits you best. We maintain the highest delivery standards for every order, ensuring that you receive your purchases exactly as expected..

  1. Will I save on every brand? 

Ledabox offers different savings (up to 20%) for different brands and item categories, based on local prices. You can check our home page to see what brands and items have the greatest savings each week.

  1. Do I have to pay import fees for my orders? 

No, Ledabox covers the import fees on all orders over $800.

  1. Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase? 

Yes, in most states, sales tax is a requirement for online purchases. The exact rate will vary depending on the state where your purchase is made from or shipped to.

  1. Does Ledabox charge a fee? 

Yes, we charge a 1.5% fee for each order placed which is baked into the item price shown. Even with the fee, Ledabox customers still save up to 20% on luxury items purchased on our site.

  1. Who pays for shipping? 

We offer free shipping for orders over 500 USD (with some exceptions for bulky and/or heavy items). For orders under $500, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  1. Do you currently ship to outside the US? 

No, we currently only ship to the US. Ledabox plans to add more countries as we grow.
