At Ledabox, our primary goal is to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, or items may arrive damaged. To ensure a fair and straightforward refund process, we have established the following refund policy:
Only incorrect or damaged items are eligible for returns. If you have received the incorrect item or if your item arrived damaged, we are here to assist you. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
All other items purchased through Ledabox, aside from incorrect or damaged ones, are non-returnable. Currently, we do not accept returns for any other reason.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
· Email us at help@ledabox.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
· Alternatively, you can log into your Ledabox account and file a help ticket using the form on our Contact page.
Please make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, someone from our team will contact you to guide you through the return process.
When your return is approved, Ledabox offers the following refund options based on your preference:
· A refund of the full amount paid by you—which includes the price of the item and all taxes and/or fees paid—credited back to your original form of payment.
· Alternatively, you can choose to receive the refund as Ledabox credit to use for future purchases.
· Or if you prefer, Ledabox can also procure another item to replace the damaged or incorrect item in your order.
Ledabox will provide you with a return label to facilitate the return process. You are responsible for mailing the item back to Ledabox in the original brand packaging.
Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue with the item, our team will start processing the refund or exchange.
If you opt for a refund to your original form of payment, after we receive and verify the product, please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
